Crème de la Crème supports and empowers young female scholars in a truth seeking journey of knowledge, personal integrity, wellness, and achievement.

 

Vision Statement

 

Crème de la Crème seeks to support female scholars in honoring their personal truth as they seek moral integrity, academic scholarship, and wellness; these female scholars create a paradigm of influence and leadership to develop a healthy code of strength, honor, and knowledge to build a foundation for life-long learning, emotional growth and personal development.

 

Goals and Objectives

• Sustain and maintain successful mentoring partnerships where participants feel safe and valued

• Provide opportunities to explore and develop participant’s talents, while acquiring skills for middle/high school, college, and beyond

• Enhance leadership and communication skills

• Provide support in helping participants reach and exceed their academic and personal  goals

• Serve as positive role models

• Encourage community engagement

• Foster empowerment through wise decision making and personal reflection

• Promote accountability and compassion

 

Schedule of Activities

• Monthly empowerment sessions focusing on academic achievement, leadership, etiquette, self-esteem, moral character, conflict resolution, diversity, self-direction, communication skills, time management, and problem solving
